There are some changes that would need to be made (and I am seriously considering running a "Fantasy Heroes" campaign using the D&D 3.X rules and the powers from HU2), but it isn't anything that could be hashed out in maybe 50 pages or so. As is the case in most Palladium RPGs, it's possible to have godlike characters and canon fodder in the same party. Likewise, as alluded to above, the setting is extremely detailed. It feels to me like it began as a D&D game that had generated so many house rules that whole sections of the D&D rules were just totally gone.
