Webb15 aug. 2005 · Yes you can do these dives OK on air.Have done so several times myself. If you have a larger tank (e.g. steel 95) and a decent SAC rate nitrox will allow you to have longer dives. The other thing to remember is that the Flower Gardens are 100 miles offshore and a bad place to get bent.
