Refined is for 40 40. Sharp works wonders with some weapons with minimum str and like 60 DEX Web-Big Weapons take Heavy best (UGS, Great Hammers, etc) -Medium sized weapons take Refined best (great swords, etc) -Small/Fast weapons take Sharp best (dagger, rapier, etc) Raw is for early game when your character scaling stats are low. The other infusions are more specialized and their usefulness depends a lot on your int/dex/or luck stats.
