Fired about 7500 rounds with 0 fail to fire. I switched to Winchester hulls and now have 2-4 light primer strikes per 25. Always the bottom barrel (unsingle and o/u). The gun has less than 10,000 rounds through it.

But it’s the finest feeling pistol I’ve Maybe ever held. The browning is an accurate workhorse and will digest almost any ammunition you feed it. The hard steel cups don't stretch nearly as well and tear instead allowing hot primer gases to blast the tip of the firing pin. Longer pins and/or stronger springs are not the solution to the problem.
